Inspiration: I have been working with the idea of texture and composition misplacing it bending it pushing the boundaries for the last five years.
This painting was the moment I finally found all of those directions I was taking brought me to a direct point. It was the inspiration for everything that happened there after.

Inspiration: many times where I would be painting in abandoned buildings I would run across teenagers who felt the need to explore the surroundings. These young people were captivated by the dilapidated state of such beautiful pieces of architecture left to nature for reclaiming.
Just like these people I found the beauty in the urban decay and felt the need to bring my voice to the abandon walls and echo the halls of these ones great places, and there is where we found ourselves kindred spirits, surrounded by the ghost of our past, and those who come for us.

Title: I got a Feelin

Inspiration: after watching Peter Jackson’s remake documentary on the Beatles I The song(I got a feeling) became a brain worm in my head. If you look closely at the painting different words and lyrics from the song can be found throughout its creation.

inspiration: I have always loved to paint in an animated style. I was Heavily influenced by anime and cartoons and would paint them on the street to help me get my message across whatever that message was at the time
